Introduction Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) provides a health centre for their students as well as their staffs. Since the current UTM Health Centre does not possess any application in managing their pharmacy related matters, my-Meds is developed to assist and make it more convenient for its patients to access their prescriptions. MyMedicine APPS MyMedicine is an application that will help a patient know all the details about their prescription. Patient will scan the QR Codes that were placed on medicine bottles. Then all the medicine details will appear on the MyMedicine apps such as medicine's name, indication and expiry date. A patient can turn on the alarm notification by set the time to eat their medicine. By the time, the application will notify patient to eat the medicine on time. Patients also able to give their feedbacks on the apps. This apps can be applied in the UTM Health Centre. PROBLEM STATEMENT Patient forgets to take a prescribe medicine at appointed time. Patient just take the prescribe medicine whenever they want . Doctor or Pharmacist failed to explain more details about the effects of the medicine clearly to the patient. Patient are having difficulty to understand pharmacist's handwriting. Patient don't know the expired date for the medicine.
